Journey
1970 - Late CA Shantilal Daga founded S. Daga & Co., Chartered Accountants in Hyderabad on 19th August 1970, laying the foundation of a firm built on professional excellence, integrity, and client trust.
1970–1990
The firm established a strong presence in audit, taxation, and advisory services, serving businesses across diverse industries while developing deep expertise in banking and statutory audits.
1988–1990
CA Shantilal Daga served as Chairman of the Hyderabad Branch of ICAI for two consecutive terms, during which the branch was recognized as the Best Branch in India.
1990–2010
CA Shantilal Daga served as an elected Central Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), contributing to numerous national committees, boards, and policy initiatives that shaped the profession
2009–2014
The firm's leadership contributed to several high-profile national assignments, including participation in the High-Powered Committee on the Satyam matter, representation before regulatory bodies, and advisory roles with Government and international accounting organizations.
2015–2021
S. Daga & Co. continued to strengthen its position as a trusted professional services firm, expanding its audit, taxation, compliance, and advisory capabilities while serving clients across sectors.
2021 onwards
Following the sad demise of its founder, CA Shantilal Daga, the legacy of the firm was carried forward by *CA Manish Kumar Jain*, who inherited the vision, values, and commitment to excellence established by the founder. Under his leadership, the firm continues to blend traditional professional values with a modern approach to client service, ensuring continuity, growth, and innovation.
